Today i wanted to give some information about the project that i am working on.I will share the details and the photos with you.I am working on this project since 2 months and it is still under construction.Due date is 2013.The land measure of about 44.000 square meters with 4 buildings which have 44 floors above ground and with 3-4 floors underground parking place.Social club,some shops,swimming pool,fitness,spa,playground,residence facilities are all included and the rest is green field.
4 types of apartments:2 bedroom,3 bedroom 4 bedroom and Penthouse which is 655 squaremeters.
All the apartments have sea view after 9th floor,thanks to the design and positioning of the buildings !
Btw the prices are so high , starting from 834.000$ ! Good choice to live in but not good for investment !

On saturday we had chance to go around the building site and we went up until 14th floor.It was my first experience around and inside the site.I should say it's hard to work at site in winter because it was freezing up there:) Thanks that i am an interior designer not an architect! :)

Love fluffy things ! These cushions are so soft and comfortable.
The thing i want to focus here is the material on the counter.It's corian,one of the best materials
you can do many things with it and very useful for kitchen.
Horrible building and wrong location. Destroys the whole area!
