INTERIOR DESIGN TRENDS SPRING/SUMMER 2012

Since we are about to finish "fashion weeks" around the world and in the 2.week of march i wanted to talk about the interior design trends of spring/summer 2012.I always believe the fashion and interior design have a connection between altough they are 2 different industries.This year the color scheme in fashion&design made me feel so fresh ! Sorbet colours & Natural Materials !
I am always in love with variations of wood and now they are so trendy.Re-using,coloring the old ones gives a vintage impression which is so fashion right now.So if you want to follow the design trends at the places you want to decorate try to be natural,don't be afraid to use wood in all colours and finishings.Because materials started to be the concentration point more that the furniture at the places.Select one or two main exploding things in your place and choose other details accordingly.Use soft colours,mix them and make a harmony between the fabrics,colours and materials.But don't forget to use these combination in details unless it can give a messy effect.

Ahşabın her çeşidini çok severim ve bu sezonda da ahşap en trendy malzeme olarak beni çok sevindirdi.Eğer dekorasyonda da modaya uygun hareket etmek istiyorsanız olabildiğiniz kadar doğal olun,doğal malzemeler kullanın hatta ahşabı istediğiniz renklerde ve tarza boyatmaktan korkmayın çünkü artık mekanlarda kullanılan malzemeler,kullanılan mobilyaların da önüne geçmeye başladı.Mekanınızın büyüklüğüne ve işlevine göre 1 veya 2 odak noktası seçin ve diğer detayları bu noktalara göre uygulayın.Yumuşak renkler kullanın,kumaşlar&dokular&malzemeler&renkler arasında bi kombinasyon yaparak uyumu sağlayın.Ama bu kombinasyonları daha çok detaylarda kullanmaya özen gösterin yoksa mekanınız bit pazarı gibi görünebilir !

SPRING AT THE DOOR !

My favourite season ! Maybe it's because i was born in spring but i feel different from the other times.
Because winter is gone,the sun starts to warm us,we can walk outside and see the nature is changing color from brown-dark green to all colors of flowers,the sea is becoming blue from gray.It feels like we didn't have any oxygen since last summer.
For me our houses have seasons also.If i had chance i would decorate 4 bedrooms for every season.Because there are styles,colours,objects which matches with seasons.With little tips you can change the season and the athmosphere of your house.
I always love country style and if i had 4 houses for 4 season; spring house would have country style !
The bright colours,flower patterns,soft color palette,forms of the nature,fabrics with lace..

But we have only 1 house so the job is adding the spring effect to your permanent houses.

If you have bright colors and simple furniture it'easier for you to combine but if you have applied a strong style and have dark colors it's harder to add the spring effect.

Main material of country style is wood.Main pattern is flowers.Most of the bright,pastel colors.The theme is nature.If you keep the nature,you can catch the style !

This ex.living room has all pieces of country.The old form sofa,flower pattern wallpaper,white-wooden coffee table,bright colors(pink-blue-white) flowers.This decoration needs to be created.

 This living room can be modified.Because the wall is plain beige,plain white sofa,wooden table..

With adding colorful cushions on the sofa,different wood frames on the wall,straw mat table lamps..

If you have this kind of convertible decoration,you are very lucky to have different styles !

Using the strong patterns and colors in details doesn't show messy !
