Interior Design&Fashion In Common : "Chanel"

As i started to talk about the connection between the fashion and interior design i want to take the fashion brands as my inspiration at the interiors i will share.
Today i will take "Chanel" because i've been always inspired by Chanel and Karl Lagerfeld.I've watched the fashion show,the installation was completely white and has been decorated as its underwater.This time with elegance it was looking also a bit futuristic.Seen the pictures of spring-summer campaign and as always i loved it.Recently,being creative is getting more difficult and without digressing the style of the brand is even harder but maybe we shouldn't be surprised because it was made by Karl.Most of the women take "coco chanel" as an idol but sorry, mine is Karl!
So,which words do we pronounce when we consider Chanel ? If Chanel would make a home collection how would it be or what kind of interior chanel woman loves?
 "Classic,Elegant,Timeless,Luxury,French"
 These are the words i took and when i thought on them,i dreamed about black&white interiors first.Black & white interiors always represent the words timeless&classic&elegant.You can see the interiors below i've choose with the inspiration of Chanel.

Hazır bir önceki yazımda moda ve iç mekan tasarımlarının arasındaki bağlantıdan konuşmuşken,modayla da çok ilgilendiğim için paylaşacağım iç mekanların ilham kaynağı olarak moda markalarını seçmeye karar verdim.

Bu yazımdaki seçtiğim marka "Chanel" çünkü Chanel ve Karl Lagerfeld her zaman için beni başka bir dünyaya götürür.Bu sezonki defilenin teması tamamen beyaz enstalasyon ve sualtı etkisi verecek şekildeydi.Şıklığın yanında biraz da futuristik bir etki de bıraktı bende defile.İlkbahar-yaz koleksiyonu çekimleri de bir deniz aşığı olarak bu sefer beni daha da çok etkiledi.Yaratıcı olmak bu zamanlarda çok zor bir hale gelmişken,çizgisinden çıkmadan bunu yapabilenin Karl olduğuna da şaşırmamalı mı acaba.Bir çok bayan "Coco Chanel"i idol alırken benimkisi Karl ve bu çekimlerden sonra buna daha da emin oldum.

Chanel dendiğinde hangi kelimeler aklımıza geliyor? Chanel iç mekan veya mobilya koleksiyonu tasarlasaydı ne tarz olurdu ? Ya da bir Chanel kadını ne tarz bir mekandan hoşlanırdı ?

"Klasik,Şık,Zamansız,Lüks,Fransız" 

Bunlar bana ilk çağrışım yapan kelimeler ve bu kelimeler üzerine düşündüğümde hayalimde direk siyah&beyaz temalı mekanlar belirdi;çünkü siyah&beyaz olarak tasarlanmış mekanlar da iç mimari de her zaman Klasik&Zamansız&Şık olarak ifade edilir.Aşağıda Chanel'i baz alarak seçtiğim mekanların fotoğraflarını görebilirsiniz.

DESIGN ALATURKA

Design Alaturka idea was founded by "Rafineri Advertising Agency".Was supposed to be a topic for the magazine they have but during the researches they've made they decided to make an exhibition of the designs they've created when they were working on the project.Although,they had to possibility to have the products with the tag of "Rafineri".You will see old turkish style designs which are converted today's style and technology.It won't be so easy to explain the traditions to you but i will try ! Bir zamanlar herkesin ağzına takılan "van münüt" rolex'e konsept olmuş.Püskevit en güçlü rakibi ama maalesef geç kalmış,öyle dediler :) Eminim ondan da çok güzel esinlenirlerdi.

In the ages of our grandmothers it was very fashion to use lacework in every corner of the houses.On the television,on the coffe table,dining table,pillows etc.And now it's not the fashion it's just the tradition.This "lacework" represents the cover of the car which says : "Clean car from a lady owner"

Bizim çevremizde anneanneler-babannelerin zamanında kullanılan "her şey üzerine dantel" fikri aslında hala bazı evlerde uygulanmakta :) Bu da "Bayandan Temiz" araba danteli.

Some of you may know who visited Turkey or who has Turkish friends our most famous drink "RAKI"

But it's not like the other drinks,it has a style,it has a concept,it has special foods that you need to consume with and the most important thing is "friendly conversation".And we call it "Rakı Table".In Turkey we say "If you want to know a person by heart;you need to go on a vacation or at drink at a rakı table :)"

This table is for the people who do this always.If you are done and you can not find a topic to talk you can read it from the table.The writings represents the most cliché things Turkish people talk on the rakı table.

Another thing we have is the tea glasses.We steep the tea and we don't drink at cups.We have special tea glasses for the tea and this is the Starbucks version of it ! :)

I don't know which countries have this tradition but in Italy some of my other friends also had it.If you see or hear something bad and you don't want it to happen to you ; we say "Touch the wood."

But sometimes you cannot find a wood so this is a small size to carry with you.
